The Petzl VULCAN is a high-strength steel carabiner designed for use in harsh environments and for setting up multiple anchors. Its large-capacity asymmetrical shape is ideal for connecting heavy loads or multiple items. The steel construction provides exceptional durability and a breaking strength of 45 kN. The fluid interior design and Keylock system prevent snagging and facilitate rotation. Available in SCREW-LOCK (manual) and TRIACT-LOCK (automatic) versions. The TRIACT-LOCK versions (M073CA series) are ANSI and CSA certified for international regulatory compliance.
